Part coach, part motivational speaker, and part mentor, Stacee has coached business executives across the globe since 1999. Her unique skill set and point of view from a classical theater background, combined with many years of coaching executives (and listening to their fears, hopes, and dreams), led her to develop the Mandeville Coaching methodology: super “sticky” soft skills coaching that is engaging, entertaining, practical, and as "concrete" as soft skills can get.
Her philosophy is that 99.99% of all issues with "soft skills" in business stem from three primary challenges: inability to communicate clearly, lack of strategies to practically use emotional intelligence in a business context, and having no way to build these skills in a safe space. Stacee's dream is to bring these elements to companies all over the world to reduce workplace toxicity, increase productivity, and overall help people feel more confident and content at work and beyond.
The foundation of Stacee’s training is action over talk: it's one thing to teach the theories behind good communication skills, but true growth and development come from direct, practical action. Stacee takes the philosophical and theoretical elements of soft skills and translates them into tools you can get your hands and head around.
Working with Stacee, you'll find she has an engaging but no-nonsense approach that helps you remember what you learned and walk away with all the tools you need for continuous growth long after your coaching has ended.
Stacee has had the pleasure of working with individuals in a myriad of industries all over the world through partnerships with various companies, including Merck, HP, British Petroleum, General Electric, Societe Generale, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Lloyd's Bank, HSBC, Fitch Ratings, Verizon, A&M, Citigroup, Barclays, Pfizer, Business France, 1010 Data, and Levi's.
